How to score points
All activity earns points as long as it is logged in the app. This can be done directly in Myworkout GO (start/stop) or by connecting a heart rate monitor. We give extra points for HIT minutes, as these are the most important minutes for your physical health.

HIT vs. activity points
You get 4 points per HIT minute and 1 point per activity minute. Activity minutes are not in addition to HIT points. You do not get HIT points for strength training.
Do not use the app for this
As a rule of thumb, the app is intended to measure your physical activity and fitness level. You should therefore not use the app on your way to the coffee machine, when shoveling snow or walking the dog.
