What is 4x4 strength?
4x4 Strength Training is a simple method for building muscle strength, function, and resilience. The principle is four repetitions in four sets with a heavy load.
The method targets the nervous system as much as the muscles. It challenges the brain to send stronger signals to the working muscles, supporting adaptation in strength, coordination, and functional movement.
