Highsoft
Highsoft invites their employees to an activity challenge in collaboration with Myworkout.
The campaign starts on march 3rd.

To become a robust employee, you need to train properly. And by properly, we mean you need to breath heavy. During this period, we'll teach you to prioritize intensity over quantity - and you'll feel the effects of it.
Myworkout has developed unique technology that can measure your VO2max and biological age with scientific precision - just by using a smartphone.
VO2max is the most precise health parameter we know of; more important than blood pressure, cholesterol and BMI combined.

The app tracks HIT minutes per session. If you are out of breath for more than 2 minutes, the app starts giving you HIT points. HIT improve your health and general performance. Research says that the best cardiac training is hard work that causes breathlessness, for 3-5
minutes, but not to exhaustion. The intensity of the workout is crucial for the effect of
the training.
Using our technology, the app measures your biological age accurately, and by following our recommendations - reducing it by around 7 years in 8-10 weeks, statistically improving productivity and reducing illness-related absences. This is science, backed by Messi, Ronaldo - and 30 years of clinical research on different patient groups!
Highsoft arranges together with Myworkout and individual activity campaign. Press the button, download the Myworkout app and join!
If you haven't started exercising before, walking is the easiest way to get started. It keeps both legs active, which is important for the blood to flow through the veins via the heart in the most efficient way. When you walk at a faster pace or on uphill slopes, you may start to get out of breath. We would like you to enter this zone twice a week for approx. 16 minutes each time. If you do this for just a few weeks, your physical capacity will improve, which means you'll be able to walk faster and maybe start running.
*If you already enjoy working out and know how it feels to be out of breath, do your thing and log it in the app 🥳.
How to get started
Start by calibrating the app so it can get to know you a little better. Do you want it to give you as precise feedback on your form as possible? It can only do this when it knows your capacity.
Logging Your Activity
You can log all your workouts in the app to keep track of your training.
You can:
✔ Start and stop activities directly in Myworkout GO, or
✔ Connect a heart rate monitor for automatic tracking
HIT Minutes & Activity Tracking
The app helps you focus on effective training. HIT minutes (high-intensity training) are the most valuable for improving your health. When relevant, you’ll see how different activities contribute to your progress.
Using Myworkout GO for Challenges
When a competition begins, you'll get an invitation to participate with your colleagues. Here’s how you earn points in the challenge:
✔ HIT training gives you 4 points per HIT minute.
✔ All other activities, including strength training, give you 1 point per activity minute.
What Not to Log
Myworkout GO is designed to track structured training and fitness levels. Everyday movements like walking to the coffee machine, shoveling snow, or casual strolls with your dog shouldn’t be logged as workouts. We recommend that you focus on our training program available here.
Questions about how to connect a heart rate monitor, what HIT minutes are, how they are collected, and much more can be found in our knowledge base.
Want to learn about the fountain of youth? How to burn a calorie? Or how to train like Lionel Messi and Ronaldo? Then this is the seminar for you.
Do you want to learn more about the research and how the app works? Perhaps you'd like to take on extra responsibility to help your colleagues understand and use the app correctly? Learn more about how to motivate and enroll courses from here.
